1. Our commitment

Miomosa is committed to making its website, online shop and digital services accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.

We aim to provide an online experience that is perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. Our accessibility work takes into account applicable European and Romanian accessibility requirements and uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a practical target.

This statement applies to the Miomosa website and online shop available at:

Miomosa’s objective is to make the website conform, as far as reasonably possible, with WCAG 2.2 Level AA and the accessibility requirements applicable to its services.

Miomosa has not yet completed a comprehensive independent accessibility audit. We therefore do not currently claim that every part of the website is fully conformant.

The website and its third-party components will be reviewed progressively, and identified accessibility issues will be prioritised according to their impact on customers.

Miomosa is working to implement and maintain measures such as:

• a checkout process that is understandable and can be completed using different input methods;

• regular reviews of new content, website functions and third-party applications.

Accessibility will be considered when adding or changing products, pages, applications, payment methods and other website functionality.

5. Known limitations

At the date of this statement, Miomosa has not completed a full accessibility audit. As a result, some limitations may not yet have been identified.

Areas scheduled for review include:

• alternative text for older product and promotional images;

• keyboard navigation and focus order;

• colour contrast and text displayed over images;

• form instructions and validation messages;

• downloadable documents;

• embedded social-media content;

• loyalty, review and marketing applications;

• checkout, payment and delivery components supplied by third parties.

Some functions may depend on Wix or other third-party service providers. Miomosa will take reasonable steps to select accessible services, report identified problems and provide an alternative method where this is reasonably possible.

This section will be updated when accessibility testing has been completed and whenever significant limitations are identified or resolved.

Miomosa aims to make essential product information available in accessible written form. This may include:

• ingredients or material information;

• instructions for use;

• warnings and safety precautions;

• storage and care information;

• price and delivery information.

If you cannot access product, usage or safety information on the website, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information in an accessible alternative format.

10. Technical compatibility

The Miomosa website is intended to work with current versions of commonly used browsers, operating systems and assistive technologies.

Some difficulties may occur when using older browsers, unsupported operating systems, browser extensions or third-party components. Keeping your browser and assistive technology updated may improve your experience, but Miomosa will not require customers to use a particular assistive technology where a reasonable alternative can be provided.

Formal browser and assistive-technology compatibility testing is planned as part of Miomosa’s accessibility review.
